The Official Atlanta Kids Fashion Week Press Pass Application Thank you for your interest in covering The Official Atlanta Kids Fashion Week. We welcome all media support before, during and after the events. Once your application has been processed our media directors will review your credentials. You will then receive an email confirmation informing you whether or not we can accommodate your request. Due to the high capacity of requests received, tickets are limited to two per outlet, some media outlets will only be allotted one ticket. For timely consideration and follow-up, please submit your requests for a press pass (i.e. for the Kids Fashion Week on August 2014).
DISCLAIMER
All media and non- media representatives granted access to any paid public event hosted by AKFW must agree to provide the production with copies of all photos and video taken immediately following the events. Media professionals may be given media cards, which must be returned at the end of the night. Media professional agrees not to post or make for sale any photos taken during the event without the expressed permission of AKFW. Failure to abide by this rule will result to legal claim.
A Letter of Verification
On company letter head, from the affiliation you are representing. Please note that submitting false documents will forfeit your application for our productions and any upcoming events produced or sponsored by AKFW.
